I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to consulting or coaching. You and your business are unique, and together we will custom-design a consulting program that fits your needs, your values and your goals.

Q. What makes your business unique?

We offer a wide range of consulting services, and for your convenience are flexible in how we offer our services. We offer Phone-based, Email, and In-Office Consulting services, during the day, evening, and weekends as your schedule allows. We offer a free, no-obligation, quotation process, to help define the scope and specification of each project.

Q. What happens in the free initial session?

During the initial session, we will clarify your vision, consulting needs, and determine the nature of our consulting partnership. We will also begin to create a strategy and action plan. Together, we’ll determine the mix of consulting and coaching which will best benefit you and your business.

Q: How much do you charge?

We do have set hourly rates as indicated in the rates section of this website; however, our consulting services are not so easily quantifiable as requirements vary for each and every project. Our pricing structure is flexible and because we believe that everyone should have access to our high quality services- we can work within any budget constraints that you may have.

We offer two types of billing practices depending on the services needed:

a) Net Price - per-project price, pre-determined at the start of the project, or

b) Hourly rate - billed according to the time utilized.

We have a “no surprises” policy on all services so we are all clear on the Project scope and projected costs in advance of the work to be done. Clients are updated regularly on their project status and any changes or adjustments to be made are agreed upon by both parties before embarking on any work.

Q: Do you do small projects?

Yes, we regularly work on small projects; everything from minor edits, to business cards, to forms revisions. Feel free to contact us to discuss your small project.
