Ideas To Grow The REN 1 Group:
- Be present at Chamber Events (Business After Hours, Lunch networking, workshops,etc) and help recruit members
- When you network with other groups of people invite them to come as a guest
- Think about people you are currently working with or come into contact with and invite them to come as a guest
- Come up with a list of professions who are good sources of referrals for you and let the group know so we can help recruit
- Recruit from new Chamber Members or existing chamber member who are not part of a REN
- Create your own list of substitutes who may want to come meet us
- Bring referrals-set a goal of 1 referral at each meeting
- Use the services of other REN members, buy a gift certificate, a massage, t-shirt, insurance, website work, banking, credit card processing, etc, and tell others about it
- Help each other improve their 60 second pitch
- Send an email to people on your contact list highlighting the services of one of our members and giving referral info.
- Bring a substitute and let them do your 60 second
- Put business cards in a jar-whoever gets pulled out gets-everyone attempts to give them a referral that period
- Share the REN group listing of members with our clients and let them choose us when they need our help
- Hold a presentation on an informative aspect of our work for REN and open it to Chamber members
- Tell success stories about working with each other to other Chamber members and others
